XMAS

I decided today to make my xmas cake, I usually get this done in October but never mind it should be ok. Thats what I thought, NOPE, I made 2 smaller cakes and when they had finished cooking I put them to cool down. First one turned out fine the second one fell in to crumbs on my work top. Ah well good job my sister who as been visiting left us a gallon of fresh cream because thats what we had for tea,xmas cake crumbs and fresh cream YUMMY. I will probably pay the price for this later, but never mind I enjoyed it.
