Good to be back
For the few people that were wondering where I was, I can now tell you I am back. Since I last posted all sorts of things have happened, some good and some not so good.
Christmas came and went very quickly. We had the usual family gathering which was OK but I have had better. Chris’s brother and sister came over and of course Andy. Chris’s sister was very ill with cancer and unfortunately passed away just over 2 week’s ago.
Paul and Beth came over to the UK and were able to go to the funeral then get a few days away from here and catch up with some friends.
My very much loved/best friend /rabbit died last week. I was heart broken and really hurt me especially after just losing Carol.I have only had Misty a short time but she crept in to my heart forever,I miss her very very much and the house is very quiet with out her banging her cage to be let out for her morning run round the house.
BRIGHTER NEWS I finally get my new kitchen started on Monday. Just about every thing is out of there now and moved in to the conservatory which is going to be my kitchen for about 4 weeks.
Yesterday I cleared the spare bedroom out and to day we get a new carpet put down. I was thinking of having wood floor but in the end I decided to stay with carpet. I still have a little decorating to do in there but I am doing that next week [something for me to do whilst the workmen are in the kitchen]I have repositioned the wardrobes and bed and it looks much better. [Just hope I don’t fill it with craft things]
Any way thats a quick update and now that I can publish again I will be letting you all know how the kitchen etc. are coming along.
