DAY 3
Well its the third day of non smoking for me. Hows it going? Hard.
I have a patch on. I have sweets to hand. I ave dried apple pieces in a dish by my side and I also have [no laughing please] a cinnamon stick to suck on. I read about this on a web page about hints and tips to help you quit. The idea is that you have some thing that is like a cigarette to hold, you can put it in your mouth and it tastes pleasant. It sounds crazy but it does help a little.
So heres to a smoke free future.
Yesterday 4 other people that are close to me said they are giving up as well. We are all trying different ways . Lets see who wins. ME, ME, ME.

I quit 3 weeks ago! Cold turkey!
I’ve used cinnamon sticks before, I think they work great!
Thanks for your support. So when we come over in April we will all have very short finger nails and will have put a lot of weight on.
