With Chris out today I have spent the day sat here scaning old photos. I am putting all the family photos in date order on to the computer. they will be much better to see here than stuck in a box under the spare bed

4 days ago my conservatory roof was repaired,"no more leaks"they said WRONG its pouring in again . I am going to set Chris on them now I've had enough!

Spent last 2 days helping a friend who as left her partner [ my boss, untill he got suspended last year] She now finds herself homeless and pennieless and jobless due to ill health.not a nice position to be in.At the moment she is spending part of the week with us and part with another friend, which although not ideal is keeping her off the streets. In 3weeks time we go on holiday for nearly a month, so she is going to move in here keep an eye on the house, see to the dog but best of all decorate 3 rooms for me while we are away. This is great as I seem to be quite busy these days, she loves decorating and feels she contributing to her keep. So we are all very happy
Tonight I got the virus that is going round so Chris as now installed what ever it is that I need to protect me, he is also going to install other soft wear that I need, so very soon I should have everything that I want.

Due to work men been in house I come to work on my computer.Snag 1. Printer not working [it was last night], never mind there's a first for every thing, so with my knowledge [ahh, ahh] I try to re-install, I dont know what I am doing but I have a go. No sucsees [never mind Hubby home soon} Snag 2. Get email down then read Smeg's blogroll about the new viurs. Been new to the game, I panick because I had just got an email from my husband[Chris] and I wasnt expecting one. had I contaminated my computer?, I didnt know.SO just give up with computer and wait for Chris to get home and recue me yet again!. So today I have learnt a lot about computers and bugs and printers, but will I remember tomorrow?
I am goiing now to help my sister with her computer via the phone,She thinks I can see the screen on her computer from 200 miles away she also thinks I have a lot of knowledge{I wish] .

ITS SNOWING! Fantastic , its not much yet, but its on its way.
To-day as been a strange day,I seem to have been busy all day and not really got anything done.First a race round to empty conservatory empty as the company who fit it were due back to repair the roof[it leaks][it as done since it was put up 3yrs. ago]. They arrived and got to work leaving every door they could find open, and IT'S COLD. Mid afternoon thet finished and assure me that no more rain will get in,[fingers crossed, they said that befor, numerous times]
